Maximized Media ("Maximized", "we") runs this website. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

The answers and contact details you give us in the application form.
Booking details you enter in our scheduling tool (Calendly).
How you found us, such as the video or post you came from, and basic usage data about how you use this site.

Why we collect it

To review your application and contact you about working together.
To schedule and run your strategy call.
To understand which of our videos and posts bring people to the site, so we can improve them.

Who we share it with

We use trusted tools to run the business, including our scheduling, email and analytics providers. Applications sent through this website are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, and calls are booked through Calendly. These tools only process your information to provide their service to us. We do not sell your information.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies, and PostHog (hosted in the EU) to see which pages people visit, which steps of the application they complete and which video brought them here. PostHog keeps an anonymous ID in your browser's storage so repeat visits are counted once. We don't send your name or email to PostHog.

How long we keep it

We keep application and booking details for as long as we need them to work with you or follow up, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@maximized.media and we will respond within 30 days.
